and book the annual and quarterly Deferred Tax Asset; prepare the

outside tax accounts in preparation of the 1120- PC(federal) and
NYS and DC tax returns; maintain the General Ledger and answer
any questions concerning classification of accounts, and variances
between accounting periods; prepare all statistical filings to states,
ISO, AIPSO, etc.; review monthly bank reconciliations; responsible for
all updates to SSAP,
