Premium Accounting Manager opening in New Jersey. Directs activities of the Premium Accounting Department to ensure premium collection is obtained in a timely fashion in compliance with statutory and accounting guidelines by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.  In addition to premium collection, this individual is also responsible for deductible billing and recoverables as well as retrospective calculations. Manages Premium Accounting staff to include establishing appropriate and efficient departmental workflows as well as ensures appropriate staffing levels and performance levels are adhered to in accordance with company policies.
