HR Benefits Analyst opening in New
York/Connecticut.
Report to the Manager of Benefits and lead the transition to a highly
organized, consistent and well managed data environment. The
emphasis of this position will have a dual focus on developing a
strategy to manage benefits data and the execution of said strategy.
Specific responsibilities
include: identify process improvements for all data management
and streamlining the information management process; create metrics for
analyzing utilization experience, trends, and costs; assist with special
projects, which may include implementing an HRIS, and assessing new
vendors; gather and maintain employee data related to benefits,
including data review, verification and reconciliation; enter data as
needed; understand and process data from and for a wide variety of
vendors; work to ensure both accuracy and timeliness; manage budgeting
process including the annual budget guidelines and monthly
reconciliation; reconcile monthly bills, and provide reporting to HR and
Finance departments. Ideal candidate will have a degree and high GPA
from top-rated university,
2+ years analyst experience (benefits analyst experience preferred),
expertise and knowledge in data management and analysis, excellent
