INSURANCE – Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager opening in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. Develop a thorough understanding of products, coverage, insurance terminology, and agency management systems; assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; respond to clients’ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, and other related items accurately and on time; assist Account Managers with marketing and placement of accounts, as well as the preparation of proposals; develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies, and brokers; assist the Account Manager in reviewing policies and offer suggestions on coverage gaps; perform additional duties as assigned.
