Responsibilities include: Onboarding of Software, Structure a Business Plan, Set Up Policies Procedures, Marketing & Business Development; overseeing the implementation and optimization of a new policy & claims administration SAAS platform ; providing the underwriting framework; building & managing a team of underwriters to ensure that they are using best-in-class underwriting standards and procedures to optimize speed, profitability and compliance; aligning underwriting standards to a client’s specific needs to maximize sales, satisfaction and retention; developing and improving underwriting processes and protocols; update Underwriting Technology as the Company goes live. Ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience managing underwriting operations and team; experience implementing policy & claims administration software such as Origami; knowledge of Workers Compensation and P&C are a plus.
