P&C Insurance Exposure Management Senior Leader opening in NY or NJ. Manage small team of risk professionals, including leading risk accumulation procedures, risk reporting, rating agency reporting, event responses, etc.; create risk management approaches with respect to Terrorism, Cyber, Natural Catastrophes, Aviation, Surety, Energy, Marine, Directors & Officers, etc.; serve as in-house expert for risks involving these lines of business; develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, eg, Actuarial, Underwriting, Legal, Cat Modeling, etc. Ideal candidate is FCAS, ACAS, or FIA (will consider non-actuaries as well) with 15+ years of insurance/reinsurance experience, including ERM, catastrophe modeling, capital modeling, major event response, and/or data analytics; background in R, SQL, Python, or Power BI preferred.
