Identify, build, and manage producer relationships within assigned territory; create and implement strategic relationship plans for assigned producers and work with CBDMO and Client Partner team to strategize management of national producers and locations, increase transparency and build cross-market and selling opportunities; generate and develop a sales plan, identifying opportunities to profitably grow with production sources, with focus on accounts that meet target risk profiles; execute sales plan and utilize selling techniques for meeting or exceeding individual sales plan targets; develop innovative value propositions that support US Health objectives; work closely with the Underwriting team and producers to close new business sales and retain profitable customers upon renewal. Ideal candidate has a Life & Health License with 5 β 7+ years of Employer Stop Loss experience preferred selling to brokers, TPAs and/or Managed Care Organizations; commercial and technical knowledge regarding the Employer Stop Loss product.
